- Fixed an issue where Excel didn’t always delete hidden owner lock file.
- Added default metadata and cache recommendation for VM virtual disk setting in case there is a network delay with cloud storage for automatically calculating the settings.
- Enabled customers to change the hostname while keeping the same file system.
- Resolved patch upgrade issue due to SQL DB correction.
- Resolved an issue where AD timeouts because large user count.
- Improved CloudFS display by adding support for scrolling using Up/Down button.
- Added the domain server name to the config file in Azure VHD deployments in circumstances where DHCP does not populate the file correctly.
- Fixed an issue where Win2008 configured to use SMB2 couldn’t connect to 7.0 with SMB1 disabled.
- Fixed an issue where the WebUI disconnects while collecting system statistics.
- Updated the NIC driver to enable ifconfig showed correct information in the media section.
- Fixed an issue where Windows Explorer displayed duplicate folders in an archive share.
- Added WebUI updates to Maintenance tab.
- Fixed the journal file to contain accurate master snapshot list for disaster recovery.
- Optimized the number of session connections to the domain controller to prevent timeouts due to large number of file opens.
- Resolved an intermittent issue where user ID appeared as a 9-digit number instead of displaying the username in smbstatus.
- Resolved an intermittent issue where the WebUI interface to shut down the filers fails to power-off the hardware-based filer.
- Resolved an issue where Robocopy detects a destination version of the file is different when the file has not changed. This is due to a timestamp difference and was fixed by adding a feature to allow the Change Time attribute of the file to be modified by clients.
- Enabled sysctl by default for generating master and incremental snapshots.
- Resolved an issue where cron creates zombie processes causing it to consume system resources.
- Resolved high disk latency in Azure for metadata by enabling host cache.
- Resolved a race condition that caused the filers to disconnect from the domain during a password change.
- Upgraded the RAID firmware in the hardware platforms because there was a potential issue that could cause the filer to reboot.
- Reduced diskd messages by aggregating repeated messages.
- Fixed an issue where Azure VM reboot took more than 20 minutes
