      CloudFS 7.1.0.0

      The following list covers all enhancements and changes in Panzura CloudFS Version 7.1.0.0.

      • Resolved a kernel panic due to znode freeing up freed vnodes.
      • Enhanced the file reclaim process to improve performance.
      • Improved validation for DNS network settings.
      • Added support for 3 DFS host entries, for customers using CloudFS Archive licenses.
      • Resolved an intermittent issue where under heavy NFS read load, random IO errors on the client side could occur.
      • Fixed an issue where an incorrect file system permission could result in broken files.
      • Added support for ignoring DFS hostnames with case sensitivity. 
      • Enabled support for granular execution privileges.
      • Resolved an issue where the Setup wizard did not finish when configuring a node for the Subordinate role due to duplicate licenses filling up the buffer.
      • Enabled support for $ character in SMB share names.
      • Resolved an intermittent issue wherein the node boots up using the secondary image.
      • Removed load balancing option in NIC teaming configuration.
      • Enhanced the memory allocation process to reduce high CPU utilization caused by MegaCLI.
      • Resolved a rare issue where the SMB client could become disconnected when attempting to access a Panzura file share.
      • Resolved an issue where during the decommissioning of a node, support folder was not removed.
      • Resolved an issue there the node was not completely cleared when it was repurposed.
      • Resolved a file lock timeout issue when Microstation DGN file could be edited on multiple nodes, resulting in loss of data and model corruption.
      • An issue with share mode locks prevented users from being able to access node shares.
      • Re-categorized incorrect validation message.
      • Revit users could experience issues accessing central model files.
      • A node could not install a patch release due to inefficient clean of unneeded files.
      • Resolved a date stamp issue when Windows previous version is used to restore a file on the lessee file. 
      • Resolved an issue that can cause snapshots to get behind if the primary DNS goes down.
      • Resolved a very intermittent issue where users were unable to access a file share due to corrupt registry database.
      • Improved checking for disk health prior to a failover. 
      • Resolved an issue in which users were unable to copy data from a node after disaster recovery.
      • Resolved a WebUI issue where SMB service automatically restarts when user views the SMB settings.
      • Improved handling of managed capacity when only CloudFS Services licenses are installed.
      • Fixed a FreeBSD issue that could cause a panic due to a NULL pointer reference.
      • Fixed an issue in which clients were unable to sync Revit central model because some data files were locked.
      • Enabled WebUI CloudFS browser could to display a maximum of only 50 files more than 50 files.
      • After upgrade to 7.0.2.0, a previous version of a file was not available on the properties previous version tab. CC-5675, 21401 7.1.0.0
      • Creating or renaming a folder on a lessee node took 3-5 minutes to appear on the node.
      • Fixed the accuracy of Standby HA node status in the WebUI.
      • A node became unresponsive and required a system panic to recover.
      • Fixed an issue with suppressing repeated email alerts.
      • Improved warning messages for Active Directory configuration.
      • Resolved an issue where WAN could not be configured in a shared network.
      • Added an informational message indicating Samba services will restart when Global Real-time Collaboration applications are enabled.
      • Resolved an issue where Disaster Recovery (DR) initiated from the WebUI fails due to permissions.
      • Resolved a snmpdwrap error issue when community string has % sign.
      • An error in the hardware partitioning script could cause repartitioning to be skipped during upgrade from 6.3 to 7.0.0.1. If this occurred, attempting to repartition after the upgrade could fail.
      • Resolved an issue where node is in a secondary mode after repurposed.
      • Enhanced the ntacl logic report clear file ownership states.
      • Enhanced the bandwidth configuration settings layout.
      • Run repartition if df and gpart show output look incorrect and the system is running 7.0.0.1.
      • Fixed an issue where the zrootstatus of a node still reports as degraded after a failed HDD was replaced and the array was resilvered.
      • Clarified the meaning of alert message “Datapath Filesystem missing CCID” to reflect the actual issue, which is “Orphaned file system that was not deleted after a decommission”.
      • Resolved an issue where the WebUI treats upper and lowercase node host names to be different and adds it the CloudFS.
      • Resolved a missing time stamp alerts in the WebUI.
      • WebUI cache contained old AD domain name after node domain name and the associated DNS record were changed to a new AD domain, and node was joined to the new domain.
      • Resolved a HA node sync status in the WebUI.
      • Resolved a disconnect issue caused by WebUI.
      • Resolved an issue where the DP process consumes high percentage of CPU utilization.
      • AD password that contained a percent sign (%) did not work after upgrade from CloudFS 6.3.
      • Enhanced security by not displaying SNMP password in clear text.
      • Fixed HA status in the WebUI dashboard.
      • CIFS stopped responding on a node, requiring a reset of the node.
      • Improved validation of NTP settings.
      • Fixed an issue in which the WebUI shutdown command rebooted the node. 
      • The WebUI ICAP Un-quarantine File Log page showed incorrect timestamps. 
      • Resolved an issue where username and password in email settings are not being cleared.
      • Resolved an issue with some audit log commands not appearing the log.
