The purpose of this procedure is to document how to associate the primary point of contact in HubSpot tickets to properly trigger customer surveys.
Associating the primary point of contact in HubSpot.
- Select the customer primary point of contact that is working with Panzura. This may be a technical resource and not necessarily a manager or leader.
- Select the primary ticket contact and will allow the proper workflow to trigger a survey, once the ticket is closed.
